Volvo Penta EDC replacement: Damarine NEDC

Fully plug-and-play exchangeable with original EDC unit

NEDC, like the original EDC unit, is mounted on the fuel filter housing and connected with the identical 42-pin plug. The unit is also equipped with a turbo pressure sensor, which is connected via the same line.
All other functionalities with original buttons/panels are retained, such as diagnostics with flashing codes via the diagnostic button.
Development and future updates
The NEDC is a direct replacement for the current EDC, with all the features you are used to. The hardware is also ready for future functionalities:
- J1939 communication
- Updated throttle control
- Updated EDC push buttons
- Updated displays/’instruments
So you can renew the look and feel of your boat, while keeping the current engines!
Next year, the NEDC standards will also be developed and tested for the following engines:
- KA(M)D44P-A/B/C
- KAD(M)300
